Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Canada shipping

• $12 flat rate shipping
• Free shipping on orders over $125

United States shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Returns & Refunds

30 day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In the same condition you received them
• Free of stains, marks, odours, pet hair, lint buildup, or damage
• Returned with any original packaging and any hangtags if included
  

We recommend trying items on indoors over clean clothing, just to keep everything returnable.

Free return labels in Canada

For Canadian orders, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Original shipping fees are not refunded.

Returns from outside Canada

Free return labels are available in Canada only. For returns from outside Canada, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or fees.

Final sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Sale items and discount codes

Items purchased on sale, or with a discount code, are eligible for return unless they are marked Final Sale.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements above, it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

How to start a return

Email us at orders@emberandray.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

For Canadian orders, we will send a prepaid label and return instructions.

Non returnable items

Gift cards are not eligible for return.
