If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear. Want a second opinion? Email orders@emberandray.com with your child’s height and approximate weight, and we’ll suggest the best fit.

For best results, always follow the care instructions on the garment label.

Care varies by style, but most pieces are machine washable. Depending on the item, instructions may include machine wash cold with similar colours, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and avoiding bleach, softeners, ironing, or dry cleaning where noted.

We release collections in limited runs. Once a size or colour sells out, we typically don’t reproduce it.

Occasionally, a small number of pieces may return through returns in brand new condition, and those are restocked in limited quantities when available.

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
