The giveaway opens on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 and closes on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.

To receive one (1) main entry, visit the official giveaway landing page and submit a valid email address via the entry form. Limit one (1) main entry per person and per email address. Multiple submissions using the same email address will not result in additional main entries.

Entrants who have submitted a valid main entry may also earn bonus entries on Instagram. Bonus entries are not required to participate.

Available bonus entries:

• +1 entry: Follow the Ember & Ray Instagram account (@emberandray). Entrants who already follow the account are eligible for this bonus entry, provided they are still following at the time of winner verification.
• +1 entry: Comment on the official giveaway post with your family's summer destination this year.
• +1 entry per tagged friend, up to 3 bonus entries total: Tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway feed post. Each tagged friend counts as one additional entry, to a maximum of three tagged-friend entries.
• +1 entry: Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Stories and tag @emberandray. If your account is private, you must send a screenshot of the Story to @emberandray by direct message during the giveaway period to receive this entry.

Maximum total entries per person: 7 (1 main + up to 6 bonus entries). Bonus entries will be verified at the time of winner selection.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Ember & Ray rashguard.

Winner may choose from available rashguard styles in children’s sizes 3 to 8 only, subject to stock availability at the time of fulfillment.

Approximate retail value: CAD $59.95, excluding tax.

Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on or around Saturday, May 2, 2026. The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to confirm eligibility, shipping address, and size selection. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or does not meet these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

The winner will be announced publicly on Instagram Stories on or around Sunday, May 3, 2026, once the winner has confirmed eligibility.
